not fully utilize social media to its fullest potential. The brand is not
consistent across social media platforms.
When posting,
the brand attempts to focus on promoting the product to its consumers. There is
effort on their part to engage with consumers on their Facebook page, replies
are strictly made in Swedish while posts contain different languages.
